Born in 1969 in Lyon FRANCE, Cyril Georget moved to Toulouse  with his family. There he grew up surrounded by paintings and books, a big garden and a few friends. Before his birth, his parents met in the Fine Arts School (Beaux-Arts) in Paris participating in the controversal French and European 1968 student revolt.  Therefore his childhood was exciting with the 1969 ‘année érotique’ of sexual freedom  and his house decorated  with paintings by Van Gogh and Toulouse-Lautrec. Later, as a rather attractive teenager, he found therapy for his growing hormonal needs iby drawing intensively muscular forms with ink and black chalk  Nothing else  happened for 25 years  besides thrilling, very sexy and exciting experiences, travelling and living in ten different European cities.  After being refused by the Fine Arts School in Avignon, during his long trip ‘on the road again’, with his love of books by Henry Miller, and other Beatniks like William Burroughs, he finally completed at Toulouse University his thesis for a masters degree in  Foreign Litterature  in 1999 on Burroughs.  It took another 7 years for him to settle somewhere and discover that his best skill was painting.   After living in Budapest since 2006, he went to Asia for 3 months, Greece for 9 months and finally settled with his husband in Bulgaria. There, like in Central Europe, after the light and the unique beauty of Prague and Budapest Art Nouveau, Eastern Europe inspired him.

Georget’s favorite subject is the representation of male nudity, solo, duet, or group, in classical postures inspired by the Great Masters as well as in dreamlike or frankly erotic moments.
