José Parra was born (1975) in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, as part of the third generation of painters in the family. His grandfather was an artist and engineer in Tepic Nayarit. His father J. Parra “Parrech”, followed by his brother Agustin Parra “moved to Guadalajara to begin resume Costumbrista Mexican painting. The two brothers grew up in a few years, doing everything from painting and sculpture, to elaborate decoration pieces, inspired by the Ibero-American Baroque.

Stanislav Plutenko was born in 1961 in Moscow. He studied at the Moscow University of National Economy, while taking art classes in painting from private masters. Stanislav’s art is an interesting mix of surrealism and realism.
Plutenko plays on color contrasts, his painting is very vigorous, illustrative and imbued with sarcasm on reality. According to «The international encyclopedia of fantastic & surrealistic & symbolist & visionary artists» Stanislav Plutenko is included in the 1000 best artists – surrealists of all time.
